It’s that time again…Spring Cleanup
Starting at 8 am on May 22nd, 2021. (Rain date is Sunday May 23rd)
Stain and roofing project on the trap and skeet houses.
Blow down cut up and removal.
General rake, clean, and pickup. Please bring along rakes, chain saws, step and or ext. ladders. Wear old clothes for stain and roof work.
Burgers will be available if someone volunteers to cook or bring a brown bag if you wish.
June 2020 Regular monthly meeting – Canceled-
we will access the situation and decide on a July 2020 meeting.
Pandemic Temporary Restrictions.
Limit the number of people on site to 5 Maximum.
Observe distancing of at least 6 feet from anyone not in your immediate family.
Sanitize anything you touch at the range before and after use.
Wash your hands with soap and water or sanitize regularly.
Please keep visits short to allow others to use the range.
If you feel ill or have a fever, do not visit the Club.
Check regularly for changes to these restrictions.

Club Road Closed To Vehicles posted spring 2020
Mud season is upon us. The Gate is locked until further notice. You may still walk in to use the ranges but the drive way and parking lot is too muddy to support traffic.

Winter Conditions
I was at the range last weekend and found out how slippery it is. Just a reminder to be very careful when navigating around in these Icy Winter Conditions. Our sand supply is nearly used up and the main door to the sand shed is frozen in. Use extra caution if you retrieve sand from the side door as there is a couple missing floor boards that need replacing.
Pay close attention to the condition of the berms as well. Frozen berm surfaces could cause ricochets. If you experience these conditions you may have to re-position targets or discontinue shooting.
Soon we will be seeing the snow melt and the frost leave the ground. If you arrive at the range and find muddy conditions or the drive way has been blocked, do not drive in and damage the road. It may be possible to park by the pond and walk in if that part of the road is passable. If it isn’t we will temporarily shut down the road and post it accordingly at the gate as well as on the website. It will be advisable to always check the website before traveling to avoid a wasted trip.
