2016 Annual Meeeting December 6
I encourage everyone to attend the annual meeting/Christmas party on the evening of Tuesday, December 6; doors open at 6:00 p.m. at the club house; annual meeting at 6:30 p.m. at which time we do a quick end of year wrap up and elect officers for 2017;
Buffet dinner immediately following;
First drawing will be door prize for just attending, this is for guests and members;
Next drawing will be to award the “First Annual Bragging Rights” photo contest, picture must be from this year’s hunt (any game, any fish) and submitted only by members, however guests can vote on their favorite shot. (Please remind members to get their jpg photos emailed to me by 12/3 the absolute latest);
Last drawing will be for the 50/50 LACO Food Pantry, tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 so if members wish to participate, please bring small bills;
Dinner is pot luck and a recommended menu is listed on the free website www.perfectpotluck.com. The Password is available by email request and the event name is Annual Meeting and Dinner, the site is extremely easy to use.
